Welcome to SyncEarn. By registering an account, accessing the dashboard, or participating in any surveys or tasks, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Participation on this platform is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that you are not being forced, coerced, or mandated to register, perform tasks, or use our services. You are acting of your own free will.
By creating an account, you provide your full, legally binding consent that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules. You understand that the platform operates on strict operational guidelines to ensure quality for our clients. Failure to read these terms does not exempt you from them.
Users are compensated for successfully completing tasks and surveys. Our revenue is generated by charging third-party clients for social account boosting and market research data. Upon the successful, verified completion of a task, you will be credited with points that reflect exactly 40% of the gross revenue paid by the client for that specific action. We reserve the right to adjust task values based on client agreements, but the 40% distribution ratio remains our standard operational model.
Upon submitting proof of task completion (e.g., uploading a screenshot), our system and administrative team will review the submission within 24 hours. We reserve the right to reject any submission that is blurry, inaccurate, incomplete, or fails to follow the exact instructions provided in the task description.
Users must reach a predefined point threshold (the "Limit") before they are eligible to request a cashout. All payouts are processed and disbursed exclusively on Sundays. Requests made during the week will be queued for the immediate following Sunday. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank network issues.
Users are strictly prohibited from submitting false, fabricated, or AI-generated proof of task completion. Creating multiple accounts is forbidden and will result in permanent bans. Any attempt to manipulate the platform, its metrics, or its financial systems is grounds for immediate and permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
SyncEarn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Upon termination for rule violations, any pending balance may be forfeited.
SyncEarn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will attempt to notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
